The Dominicans are organizing the first iVeneration in History. Following the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas (on January 28) there is an ostension of relics of Saint Thomas Aquinas in the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris. Come and pray with us.
The relics will be offered for the veneration of the faithful to Our Lady of Paris on February 6th and 7th, and there will also be an iVeneration for users worldwide. All prayer intentions or thanksgiving for the 800 years of the Order will be placed before the reliquary of St. Thomas Aquinas.
- Send your prayer intentions to Saint Thomas Aquinas, which will be placed before the relics. You can send them on Facebook or on Twitter by using the hashtag #iVeneration or by email: email@example.com.
- Pray by watching the veneration, interspersed with quotes and music, on the YouTube channel of the Order on Saturday 6th from 3 to 6pm, West Europe time.
Even if you’re not in France, be in Notre-Dame with you tablet, computer or smartphone: the relics of Saint Thomas are in your hands.
- Saturday, 8pm, follow on Twitter and Facebook the readings of texts from Father Lacordaire and Carré, in Notre-Dame.
- Sunday, 6:30 pm broadcast by KTO, there is the special evening dedicated to the Dominican Order: a live mass, presided by Cardinal Duka, Dominican and Archbishop of Prague, a talk by by F. Bruno Cadoré, Master of the Order and a documentary about Saint Dominique.
